Site fees are based upon guest count as well as day of week.
The site fee includes use of the retreat and property on Lake Tillery during your reservation time. Catering, Rentals and Staffing are not included in site fee.
Available for reservation, 7 days per week.
Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 10pm..
Friday - Sunday: 8 am - 11pm.
Reservation hours include time for set-up and clean up of event. Additional hours may be purchased upon request based on availability.
Lease Agreement:
Our lease agreement and operational guidelines have been designed to insure a quality experience for our guests as well as answer most of your questions.
We require a signed lease agreement and a 50% site fee deposit to reserve your date at Tahoma Retreat.
